Shipping policy

Shipping:

Online orders ship within 5-7 business days. 

Shipping rates are calculated based on weight and destination. Please note that delivery times may vary based on carrier pickup. Orders placed after 12PM CST on Friday may not ship until the following Tuesday.

In-Store Pickup:

All local pickup orders must be picked up within 14 days after the confirmation of your order being ready. You can pick up your online order during regular museum hours: 10am - 5pm Tuesday, 12pm - 7pm Wednesday and 10am - 5pm Thursday through Sunday. It may take several days to fulfill your order. You must show your ID when picking up your purchase. A second notification will be sent  on the last day to pick up your online order before you are refunded. If you would like to schedule a later date to pick up your order, call (504)658-4133 to make arrangements. Please note any extension past 30 days can result in your order being non-refundable.
