Modern Sprouts got their start by being really into eating. The fresh, homegrown herbs that they wanted were not supported by the yard-less homes and busy lifestyle of Chicago, Illinois. Determined to find a solution, they turned to their windowsills and put pen to paper, making a hydroponic system that hadn’t yet existed in a seamless, beautiful and accessible way.
