Every sock is double threaded using the highest quality combed cotton, nylon and spandex, with a reinforced heel and toe cap for added durability. The embroidered Bonfolk signature streetcar logo can be found on the outside ankle of each sock.
About Bonfolk Socks
The founder of Bonfolk is Janna Hart Black, a proud New Orleans native, deeply connected to this city and its culture. She takes pride in creating original sock designs that are inspired by New Orleans, the Southern U.S. and other fun things her customers love. After graduating, Janna was working as a womenswear designer, and passed skid row every morning as she went to work. She couldn’t help notice the hundreds of people experiencing homelessness and wondered how she could make a difference. She learned from her community that socks were the #1 requested item, but least donated clothing item in shelters. She then got the idea to use her design skills to better the community and make a positive impact, and Bonfolk was created. Bonfolk donates a pair of socks for every pair sold, and since their launch they have donated over 800,000 socks and counting.
